Southface Vail (f.k.a. West Middle Creek) is a deed-restricted work-force housing project located in heart of Vail, CO. The project broke ground in June of 2025 and is estimated to be completed in 2028. The project consists of three buildings totaling 268 units, spanning over a two-level parking garage with a parking ratio of close to one space per unit. This six-story podium style project will require extensive civil coordination with an average slope across the site of 42 degrees. Corum began working on the project in partnership with the Town of Vail in fall of 2023, received full entitlements in 18 months and assisted in the capitalization of the project in the Spring of 2025, just prior to breaking ground. Upon completion Southface Vail will fill a much needed work-force housing need in the central Vail.
