Eric Komppa

Eric Komppa, LEED AP
President

  • Eric Komppa, President of Corum, is responsible for forming and managing strategic relationships, sourcing, and procuring acquisitions, and development opportunities for our team. Since joining in 2013, Eric has capitalized and managed nearly $1 billion worth of development projects, including office, industrial and multi-family (both market-rate and work-force).

    Prior to joining Corum, Mr. Komppa worked in Seattle for Bentall Kennedy, a pension advisory firm, where he completed acquisitions on behalf of its clients in the Pacific Northwest, San Francisco Bay area and in the Mountain States. His experience at Bentall Kennedy also included business development, assisting in the raising of new capital and asset management on behalf of the firm’s largest separate account client.

    Eric received his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Colorado in Boulder and holds an MBA in real estate from the University of Wisconsin.

Jane Fletcher

Executive Vice President

  • Jane Kachadurian Fletcher joined Corum as Executive Vice President in 2019. Jane’s responsibilities include sourcing and managing acquisition and development opportunities for the team. Prior to joining Corum, Mrs. Fletcher spent her career in commercial real estate lending as a relationship manager with LaSalle Bank, Private Bank and most recently as Managing Director at CIBC Bank USA.

    Originally from Chicago, Jane received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is an active member of CREW and ULI and serves on the board of the Colorado Outward Bound School as Finance Director.

Mark Lindgren
Development Manager

  • Mark Lindgren joined Corum in 2016 to both assist in project management and underwrite development and acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Corum, Mr. Lindgren worked in mortgage banking for NorthMarq Capital, where he assisted with sourcing debt and equity financing for the acquisition, construction and refinance of commercial real estate. He developed capabilities in underwriting and closing capital funding with life companies, CMBS, government agencies and joint venture equity partners on residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties.

    Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. He worked as a mechanical HVAC design engineer in Washington, D.C. for a variety of multifamily, office and civic buildings before pursing his MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Colorado.

Ericka Weston

Ericka Weston
Director of Operations, Residential

  • Ericka Weston joined Corum Real Estate Group in 2019. She brings over 22 years of multi-family management experience to the company. Ericka started her career in Houston, Texas before relocating to Colorado in 2006.

    Prior to Corum, Ericka was the Director of Operations for RADCO with a portfolio of 4,500+ units for 16 assets over five states. Previously she worked as a Regional Manager for RPM Living, Greystar, and Riverstone. Ericka’s experience includes lease ups, renovations, affordable, work force housing, hotel conversions, acquisitions and new business development in multiple markets including Colorado, Texas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Indiana, and Illinois.

    As our Regional Portfolio Manager, Ericka is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio located in Denver, as well as several mountain locations including Vail, Avon, Breckenridge, Frisco, and Steamboat. Ericka’s passion is people and is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients, investors, associates, and residents.

    Ericka holds certifications for NALP, CAM, and SHCM through National Apartment Association. Ericka is currently working towards her CPM designation through IREM, as well as her NPCC certification for LIHTC Compliance.

Adam Killian
Vice President, Construction

  • Adam Killian is responsible for the construction oversight of Corum’s developments.  He works closely in the selection and management of project teams including design and contractors.  He is responsible to oversee the development of quality plans for construction and to provide pricing and scheduling data on each project.  He works extensively with municipalities and authorities having jurisdiction for the coordination and compliance of projects.

     

    Originally from the Western Slope of Colorado, Adam spent 20+ years working as a general contractor. During this time, Adam became a partner and vice president of a Mountain States top 5 ENR company in operations working on projects across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah.  He has a project list that includes retail, office building, mixed use, continuum of care, and multifamily.  He has specialized in multifamily with over 10,000 units.

     

    Adam earned his master’s degree from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, in addition to his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a former member of the AGC of Colorado legislative board and current member of NAIOP and ULI of Colorado.

Lisa Lane, RPA
Senior Property Manager

  • Lisa Lane joined Corum Real Estate Group in June 2001. She has been in the multi-family and commercial real estate industry since 1994. Prior to joining Corum, Lisa assisted in the management of seven commercial properties in Atlanta, Georgia.

    As Senior Property Manager, Ms. Lane is responsible for the daily operations and management of Corum’s commercial portfolio throughout the Denver metro area. Her commitment to customer service has enabled her and Corum’s team to build strong tenant relationships. She excels in customer service with her constant interaction with tenants and consistent follow up. Lisa is committed to creating value by exceeding the goals and expectations of Corum’s clients and investors.

    Lisa has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and holds a real estate broker’s license in Colorado.

George Walker, SMT, SMA
Senior Chief Building Engineer

  • George Walker has been a valuable member for Corum Real Estate Group since 1985. As a longtime employee, he has served in multiple positions including Security Director, Building Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer. Currently George serves as the Senior Chief Engineer overseeing a staff of five and over 650,000 square feet of commercial/industrial space. George has received his Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) certification through Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA). He completed his Building Operator Certification – Level 1 through BOC. He holds a Universal CFC Certification for Refrigerant Recovery. Other training and areas of study include NFPA 70 E: Electrical Safe Work Practices, Radio Frequency Site Safety Awareness, Advanced Water Treatment, Arapahoe County Chemical Safety, Carrier Chiller Troubleshooting, Carrier Compressor Familiarization/ Teardown, Carrier Basic Electricity and Schematic Reading, Pneumatics I & II, and Flame Safeguard I & II. Most recently, George has overseen the $12.5 million-dollar renovation to Cherry Creek Plaza I & II in Glendale, Colorado.

    George was part of the ONE DTC Management Team when they won the 1999 & 2004 BOMA Building of the Year Award, as well as the 2005 BOMA Regional Building of the Year Award.
