Phil Buckley

Senior Vice President – Construction

Phil Buckley has been responsible for the construction oversight of Corum’s high density, urban, multi-family developments and office project since shortly after our founding. He works closely with other members of the Corum team to provide pricing and scheduling data on a project-by-project basis and leads our Construction Management service area.

Prior to joining Corum, Mr. Buckley owned his own consulting firm, providing owner’s representation services for renovations at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs (a $50 million project), the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, and the Cherry Hills Country Club. Previously, he had worked with a Colorado Springs-based consulting group managing over $400 million of design and construction over a 12-year span. These projects included three prior phases of renovations at The Broadmoor Hotel, the $30 million development of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Wyoming, the $40 million construction of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Center in Oklahoma City, and several major office building projects throughout the country. Prior to this work, he worked on staff with a major General Contractor and Developer on the building several downtown Denver high rise building projects.
