Senior Commercial Chief Engineer
George Walker has been a long time Corum Real Estate Group Employee. For the last 34 years, George has been a valuable team member for Corum Real Estate Group. He has held several positions from Security Director, Building Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer to current Senior Chief Engineer.
George has received his SMT and SMA Certification through BOMA. He completed his Building Operator Certification – Level 1 through BOC. And he holds a Universal CFC Certification for Refrigerant Recovery. His other training includes: OSHA 30-Hour Training, NFPA 70 E: Electrical Safe Work Practices, Radio Frequency Site Safety Awareness, Advanced Water Treatment, Arapahoe County Chemical Safety, Carrier Chiller Troubleshooting, Carrier Compressor Familiarization/Teardown, Carrier Basic Electricity and Schematic Reading, Pneumatics I & II, Flame Safeguard I & II. George was part of the ONE DTC Management Team when they won the 1999 & 2004 BOMA Building of the Year Award, and also the 2005 BOMA Regional Building of the Year Award.
