The Brodie, a 312-unit luxury apartment community located in the north Denver suburb of Westminster, Colorado, sits on a 20 acre site. With incredible views of the nearby front range of the Rocky Mountains, the property sits in perfect alignment to the well-known Long’s Peak, with all 12 buildings views of the mountain.
The project was completed in 2018 and features smart home technology, granite-clad kitchens, garden tubs, and other high-end features a-typical of the rental community marketplace. Corum handled Construction Management services for the California-based developer, serving as the on-the-ground representative for them and their private equity partner. Regular monthly reporting was delivered to the client team throughout the construction process, and local governmental negotiations were managed as well.
