Located at the base of Vail Resorts’ Beaver Creek Ski Resort, the Tarnes Apartments offers workforce and affordable housing in one of Colorado’s most prominent ski communities. The apartments include 300 units, ranging in size from studios to 4-bedroom apartments. Amenities such as on-site laundry, free wi-fi, and furnishings are all offered.
The project was co-developed by the Corum Real Estate Group with partner Vail Resorts in 2006 in an effort to provide affordable housing options in the high-end market for the resort’s workforce.
