The 250-unit Premier Lofts were developed by the Corum team at a time when Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood had not yet gained traction. The team foresaw the urban opportunity on the horizon for the project, though, and wisely chose to incorporate 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail into the project as a result. The structure for the project included a post-tension concrete midrise tower located over two below-grade levels of parking to help support the urban neighborhood.
Our team handled the land acquisition, design and construction phases and then sold the seven-story building to an institutional investor, providing property management services for many years thereafter.
