The Principals of the Corum Real Estate Group acquired this highly visible site at the high point of growth for the Denver Tech Center. The firm then hired acclaimed architecture firm Fentress Architects to design the first, Class A office building in this premier emerging commercial district.
Construction was completed on budget and on schedule and opened for occupancy in 1985. Though the leasing market at the time was struggling due to economic conditions, the 240,000 square foot One DTC building always maintained the highest occupancy and rent rates in the Tech Center submarket for many years.
The Corum team then went on to provide management and leasing services for the entire twenty-two-year period that the investor group help onto the property. Our team ultimately facilitated the sale of the property at the highest price-per-square-foot recorded in the Denver Tech Center submarket at that time.
