The Mountain Village affordable housing community was developed by the Corum team in 1996 with the community of Steamboat Springs. One of the first of its kind in Colorado’s resort towns, the community provided an affordable living option for those working at the resort teaching ski lessons, supervising lifts, cooking in the restaurants, and more.
Due to its success, the property was gradually added to, with additional phased expansions over the years. The community features one, two, and three-bedroom apartment options, offering varied lifestyle opportunities for various family configurations. The community features on-site parking, garages, and parks for play and recreation, and is situated with easy access to the area’s bus and shuttle routes.
