The 26-unit Huron Landing workforce housing community was developed in partnership with the Town of Breckenridge and Summit County. The project was developed to provide affordable rental housing to locals working full-time in Summit County, and was completed in 2017.
The lushly landscaped and well-maintained neighborhood offers a prime location for full-time resident life, easing access for these committed residents of the Breckenridge community. The modern design of the community features natural materials and encapsulates remarkable mountain views.
Corum took the lead in the construction management and development of the property, with funding, tax credits, and management ultimately under the purview of the community itself.
