The Corum team acquired the Cherry Creek Plaza towers in 2005 with an aim at adding value to the property and modernizing it for the increasingly competitive office market landscape.
The 13-floor towers, totaling to 312,959 square feet, have since received extensive updates. Both building lobbies and public areas were extensively improved. The elevator and life safety systems also received modernizations, along with the massive HVAC systems serving the two buildings. Thanks to these systematic improvements, the buildings received Energy Star designation, making it a more attractive lease option in the market.
Occupancy levels have concurrently increased under the management of Corum’s Property Management team as well, with occupancy escalating by nearly 25% from its former tenancy rates.
