Block 11 is a multi-phase workforce housing project in the mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado.
Corum began working on site in 2015, immediately after completing the nearby Pinewood Apartments in collaboration with the Town of Breckenridge. The first phase of the block, known as Dennison Commons, contains 30-units and houses town employees. Part of the complex is further master-leased to the Colorado Mountain College for student housing.
The second phase of the project contains 52 for-sale townhome units, with another 18 townhome units available for rent. Phase three, yet to be completed, will ultimately add another 100 additional for-rent units.
Each phase of development has its own unique deal structure, evidence of Corum’s ability to craft the right team and the right financing to deliver on a project’s mission.
