The Story:

  • Corum principals acquired this site at the high point of the Denver Tech Center and worked with Fentress Architects to design a first class office building in this premier location.
  • Construction was completed on budget and on schedule.  The leasing market at the time was difficult, but One DTC always maintained the highest occupancy and rent in the Tech Center submarket.
  • One DTC was awarded “Office Building of the Year” by the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP.
  • Corum provided management and leasing services for the entire twenty-two year period that the investor group owned the property.
  • Corum facilitated the sale of the property at the highest price per square foot recorded in the Denver Tech Center at that time.
