The opportunity to plan, design, and build a major residential community implies a significant social responsibility to the developer, which Corum takes very seriously, as these decisions define the way our residents will live for years to come.  Developing a product that is desirable to potential residents and an attractive addition to the community in which they live is the starting point for assuring an economically successful effort in multifamily development.

Providing rental housing for a growing population has been a very attractive element of Corum’s business since its principals developed their first apartment community in 1983.  Over that time period, the Corum team has provided both affordable and market rate apartment properties to families in the Denver metropolitan area as well as Colorado mountain resort towns.  Corum has been a leader in providing workforce housing in mountain communities since 1993, and since then has completed a number of multifamily developments in the Vail Valley, Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, and Snowmass.

Corum has also been very active in providing high-end, market-rate rental property in downtown Denver as well as in various suburban locations.  Since its founding, the Corum team has developed over 3,000 units with a value in excess of $308,000,000.
