As Director of Multi-Family Services, Mr. Costa is responsible for overseeing management of all Multi Family Service Departments for Corum Real Estate Group. He achieves this by making the best use of all resources to provide professional service to clients, in a way that maximizes Corum's profits and meets annual budget projections.

Mr. Costa has over twelve years experience in the multi-family industry. Mr. Costa has worked on a wide range of properties from rehabs to "high-end" luxury properties and active adult communities. Mr. Costa joined Corum in 1998 working closely with property management and construction services to bring The Village at Sun City Grand, a 252 unit "active adult" community in Surprise, Arizona, out of the ground and online. More recently he worked on one of Corum's newest projects, Premier Lofts, a 250-unit luxury community that features town homes, penthouses and traditional apartment homes along with retail space in Denver's Ballpark District.  Mr. Costa was involved during construction and afterwards in setting up and running the Service Department. He now oversees all of Corum's Multi-family Service Departments including 15 Properties and over 2,000 units. He develops the preventive maintenance programs for Corum's properties, oversees capital improvements, and is the designated Mold Assessment and Remediation Manager.

Mr. Costa is a Certified Operator of Aquatic Facilities through the National Swimming Pool Foundation and holds a Universal EPA license. He is currently studying for the Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Mr. Costa believes in a forward vision and implementing ideas and suggestions to improve operations, service, and the profitability of the department. Systems and services are constantly examined to determine if more efficient and effective methods can be implemented.
