Ms. Gahagan accepted the Marketing and Training Director position in August 2006. Her primary responsibilities include: planning, development and implementation of the multi-family marketing strategies and marketing communication activities. She oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing and communication.
Ms. Gahagan participates with the Vice President and property management staff in charting the direction of the multi-family department and assuring its accountability to all ownership. She also assists the Vice President with many operational functions for the multi-family portfolio including budget preparation, financial reviews and applicant screening. Ms. Gahagan has been involved with multi-family housing since 1996.
Prior to joining Corum, Ms. Gahagan worked for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) as their Education Director. She began her career on-site and advanced through a multitude of positions. Through the years, she gained experience in on-site tax credit management, marketing, public relations and resource development.
Ms. Gahagan currently serves as the President of the Education Council. She is also the Chair of the 2009 Tradeshow at The Apartment Association of Metro Denver. She is also an active member of the American Marketing Association.
Ms. Gahagan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Metro State College of Denver.
