Amy Cooley joined Corum Real Estate Group in July of 2000 in the role of District Manager for the Denver Metropolitan area multifamily properties. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of property operations within the Denver region.
Ms. Cooley has expertise and experience which extends more than 10 years in the multifamily industry. Due to her extensive experience, she has proven to manage each aspect of property management through all economic cycles. She is responsible for managing all areas of on-site management including systems, policies, procedures, training, and marketing, along with maximizing income and reducing operating expenses. Ms. Cooley’s reputation for focusing on people allows her to attract, recruit, develop, and retain top performers throughout the industry. The result is a team that is diligent and focused on understanding the needs of investors, owners and residents. At Corum Real Estate Group, Ms. Cooley has also worked closely with owners, developers and architects on the design, establishment and lease-up of luxury apartment communities located in both suburban and urban markets throughout the Denver area.
Ms. Cooley has earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association and is also a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The CPM designation is only awarded to individuals who have completed specific course work and have met extensive prerequisites required by IREM. Along with these two prestigious designations, Ms. Cooley also holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License and is completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at The Metropolitan State College of Denver.
