Rex Gambrell joined Corum Real Estate Group in November of 1997. He has been involved in all aspects of property management for over twenty five years, including multi-family apartment projects, commercial office buildings, retail centers and condominium associations. For ten of his twenty five years of experience, Mr. Gambrell was Vice President of Property Management for a local full service real estate and development company in the Vail Valley. At Corum, he is responsible for the multi-family property management operations including properties in Denver, Breckenridge, Keystone, Steamboat Springs and the Vail Valley.
Mr. Gambrell currently holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. The CPM designation is awarded only to individuals who have met significant prerequisites and have successfully completed required course work from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has also earned the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation. The Housing Credit Certification is a professional certification program that sets competency standards for low-income housing tax credit management and compliance professionals. This designation is awarded by the National Affordable Housing Management Association and the National Association of Home Builders to individuals that have completed required course work and have specific experience in this field.
Mr. Gambrell currently serves as the President of the Colorado Apartment Association and is the President Elect of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Effective January of 2008, Mr. Gambrell will serve on the National Apartment Association Board of Directors as the Region 8 Vice President representing the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, North and South Dakota. Mr. Gambrell earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma located in Norman, Oklahoma. He also holds his real estate broker's license in Colorado. |
