Q: What are your goals as the new chairman of the Urban Land Institute Colorado?

A: I want to expand on the interaction between the professional real estate community and the city planning office. To sit down and listen to things from one another's perspective is really healthy. It's been rare until recently that you get those two groups in the same room. As our community gets more dense, it's going to be more important than ever.
