This new apartment community located north of downtown Denver, at the intersection of the vibrant Five Points, Curtis Park, and RiNo neighborhoods, will be complete in spring 2024 after starting construction in the fall of 2022. The project consists of two buildings, with a total of 185 residential units and 2,000 square feet of neighborhood-oriented retail. The three-story, podium-style project sits on the site of former Greyhound Bus Company parking lots and required significant environmental remediation and utility relocation. Upon completion, this community will fill a missing link in the urban fabric of these neighborhoods with attractive architectural design and street activation.
