PROPERTY MANAGER

The Property Manager is charged with the overall management of the property operations. Responsibilities include: manage, train, direct and coach staff in accordance with company procedure; negotiate and/or approve bills and/or contracts for services within approved budget; direct employees and/or contractors in performance of maintenance and repair work; conduct daily property inspections; establish and maintain positive relationships with residents; assist and supervise the apartment leasing process; monitor and enforce operation policies and procedures. Candidates must have prior experience as a property manager or senior-level assistant property manager.

LEASING CONSULTANT

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for touring the property, showing units and qualifying potential residents; coordinating move-ins; providing excellent ongoing customer service to existing residents; lease renewals; communicating work orders and service requests to the maintenance staff. Candidates must have a genuine enjoyment working with people and helping others. Attention to detail, computer skills and general clerical/administrative skills are a must. 

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance operations for the community. Responsible for all facets of interior and exterior maintenance and repair of the property, including preventative maintenance programs, plumbing, electric, appliances, HVAC, etc. Provide routine and emergency maintenance service to residents; schedule, supervise and complete unit make-ready process; assign, monitor and assist in-house and contracted landscaping and snow removal activities; monitor, assign and assist service order requests. Candidates must work well in a team-oriented environment, and must have excellent customer service skills. Valid driver’s license required. Must have prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, and general computer knowledge.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the timely completion of work orders and special projects; plumbing and electrical service requests; apartment turns including cleaning, drywall repair, painting and appliance repair/replacement; snow removal during winter months; general grounds keeping duties as required. Candidates must have general aptitude for maintenance and repair, including electric, plumbing and HVAC, and excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license is required. Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician is desirable, but not required.
