Corum’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations and Chief Operating Officer, Katie Payne, draws from more than 24 years of financial and administrative experience in the commercial real estate field. Extremely thorough and detail-oriented, she is instrumental in determining the financial feasibility of project development, acquisition, refinancing and loan administration for Corum. She performed similar duties for a Texas based real estate organization.
Ms. Payne initially created and now oversees computerized financial models for Corum’s real estate activity and has administered over $500 million in loans for new developments including apartment, office and industrial projects. One of the founders of Corum, Ms. Payne directs the financial operations for the firm and oversees the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Ms. Payne is a graduate of Colorado State University, Fort Collins, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Corum’s Executive Committee, and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.
